 Code Lyoko is a French/Anime show. It is about a group of four kids- Jeremie, Odd, Ulrich, and Yumi- who go to Kadac Junior
High School. One day, they stumble across an abandoned factory through a trap door in the woods near the school. Inside
the factory is a supercomputer and transporters that link directly to the virtual world of Lyoko. Jeremie, who is very smart
and figures out how to work the supercomputer, meets Aelita. She popped up on the supercomputer's monitor when he turned it
on. Aelita is, what Jeremie thought was an artificial intelligence in the virtual world, but in later episodes finds out she
is a real girl trapped in the program and materializes her. Without knowing, though, when he turned on the supercomputer,
he not only woke up Aelita, but also something not-so friendly. X.A.N.A. is a computer program that was created along with
Lyoko several years ago by Aelita's father, Franz Hopper. X.A.N.A. was created to watch over and manage Lyoko, but some how
turned evil, and now all it wants to do is destroy whatever gets in its way of world domination. So with Jeremie at the controls
of the supercomputer, he virtualizes his friends Odd, Ulrich, and Yumi into Lyoko to help Aelita fight X.A.N.A. and his monsters.
